Abstract

|
This study analyzes the influence of human rights awareness among social welfare facility employees on ill-treatment, and proposes theoretical and practical undertones to help develop employees human rights awareness and help enhance the lives of users through a decrease in abusive actions. First, there were differences in human rights awareness depending on the general social welfare facility employee and facility characteristics. Second, it turned out that general social welfare facility employee characteristics, facility characteristics, and employee human rights awareness influence employee ill-treatment.
